Just been reminded of this. 5 years ago today saw the first of us arrive to the new not606 football forums. The forum already exsisted in a general chat and was mainly dominated by the scots. Most who reside on general chat and the celtic and rangers boards. (These football boards did not exsist, seems some dont tealise that). By the 26/27th a good number had found their way here. Cyprussyd became the first mod, then gonads and welder or mackemsrule ( not sure). Since that day hundreds have been a gone, lots of good posters, and a lot of the original mob have stuck around, with many new members helping to keep it going. So 5 years today. Big thumbs up to Mick the owner of the site.
It was done on purpose man. I was George' Micheal a french hooker for a few days. But i gave it up, it was to much like hard work. Comm will return next month. 5 years man. Where's it gone?

I joined on the 28th. I remember following you guys when you were on the 606 site and when every came over here I joined in.
Wish I was still on my first account. Didn't join till a few months after the move though. I lurked a while among here and some other message boards. I loved the 606 site but progression was needed. The basic layout, lack of functions and the fact you couldn't fart without being banned meant it was time for it to die. This place is much better. I'd love an influx of old members from both here and 606 to pop back.
Tiz when I joined the old 606 in 2005 you were there along with Guccy, Bart, Raw, Gordon, Jarramackem, FTM1973 (one of the best) and I think his brother ADS joined not long after. Disco, Smug, Sid, Flanders, Thewrathofpaulmcgrath came along after and then Syd Hutch joined, I remember his first ever post, he knows I do as well I brought Syd over to this site for the migration in Jan 2011 when the bbc site was about to close. I followed the Celtic board on the old 606 and remember back in 2009 Mick saying he was going to set his own site up so I sort of followed. I joined in Jan 2011 but got Syd to delete my profile for drunken rage outbursts in early 2012.. Quite a story here really, so who posted on the old 606? I have mentioned a few but any more about who I missed?
