The French Under-21 international is seen as a potential replacement for Charlie Austin, who has finally left Loftus Road and made the move to Southampton. The R’s are eager to tie up a deal for the youngster so that they are prepared for the second half of the season and plan to tempt Bordeaux to let him go by placing a bid of around £1m. please log in to view this image There are a number of other forwards who are on the club’s radar, despite the signing of Conor Washington last week. However, they still feel that they need more firepower and Crivelli is currently their top priority, with the club preparing to make the move for him in the next few days. Crivelli has featured 23 times for Bordeaux this season so far, bagging himself three goals along the way. He’s shown plenty of promise for a 20-year old however, the one slight issue is his discipline – he’s also picked up 7 yellows and one straight red card this year too.
yes another ferrdinad disaster in the making here i can see this a mile of why dosnt he buy roofe from oxford what a player he trully is
To be fair the French league is notoriously known for low scoring, only the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic scores more than 20 a season. Take Thierry Henry, he had 6 in his first 26 games and only 20 in 105 before leaving France. Didn't prevent him from reaching higher figures elsewhere though. Not saying this lad is of that calibre, but why not worth a punt? His disciplinary record suggests he's got a fire in his belly and could turn out to be a fans favourite, who knows?
Surely 'one for the future' is exactly what we need? We are going nowhere this season so JFH is indeed preparing for the future, n'est pas?
Buying good players for the future to build a good team and squad has to be the way to go IMO Previous records for other clubs not important … we should be making new records Austin great start but he may fall away who knows? Phillips goes to another club and becomes the bees knees etc etc
another ferdinand mistake hes completely mad why by a 20 year old who may never make it for a million pound what an idiot
Wells? He's done ok, would have liked him to have been brought in our last Championship season when Huddersfield took him from Bradford (?).......Rhodes? Blackburn want £12m for him!!!!!....... Don't know anything about this Roofe lad that Ted keeps banging on about.....is he related to Denis Roofe that played for Leicester in the 80's?
