Now i havent been to as many games as id have liked to over the past years due to work. But after the whole palova over Jose. Was wondering your thoughts of a back 4 of
    Simpson, Taylor, Colo, Kadar.

Yes I know hes not a new signing of a big name. But I really think he can do a job there given the chance.

The reason I havent picked Ferguson is due to him having the physique of a 12 year old school boy and is a decent skillful player who will be ruined at left back.

Even having Kadar as cover if we do get a new one in time would be better.

Kadar has turned out at LB before and did a very good job. He's the kind of guy that would do a good job anywhere though. A great trier who never gives in.

Just the games ive been to never seen him play there was asking for views on him. I really think he could be next Aaron Hughes (in a good way)

Anyone else see that rumour that he's going to be loaned to Heerenveen? It didn't make a lick of sense to me

If Enrique goes then I feel that Ferguson would be eat to step up it the plate if of course Newcastle do not sign a replacement (Cissokho is a ooh enough and quick enough replacement)

Kadar does not have the pace yet to be a regular starter at LB plus I think that his speed is best suited to a more central defensive role

AB - ban this prat please.

Kadar or Fergie would be decent replacement's IMO but they need experience. Wouldn't like to throw them in at the deep end.

Mods can't ban, it's got to be Syd or Mick that does that. They've been informed though. <ok>

I remember a quote from him some weeks back were he said that he thought he could step up if needed. Personally i think that if he believes he can do it then he cant be far off

Exactly thus while a player like Cissokho would e perfect as I hear that Lyon wants less than 10 million for him and he is young and has the pace to compete in the premiership.

What's wron with me saying that then?

    <ok> Ta

Cause you can't make a post without referring to pace when there are SEVERAL good players who are slow as anything. The club won't fork out for a new guy, especially since Jose is likely to leave a few days before the deadline no doubt, so Kadar and Fergie make perfect sense. What's the point in having them if you're not gonna use them?

    Also, learn to spell!

I am working on it. Difficult when using an IPhone to do this.

Also I didn't say Kadar had no pace. I said:

    1. He's not ready just yet

    2. Ferguson is a better opion due to his speed and greater experience from last season. Also Kadar is unreliable due to his injury record slowing him down.

Apparently Tavernier had a decent game against Orlando and he had a half-season playing every week with Gateshead so will be interesting to see his progress.
