after 23 games we have sacked our manager, and found ourselves in the bottom half of the table. poor style of play, and unconvincing results still continue. to counter this, our new manager plays the EXACT same team, and tactics that his predecessor did. great. where is this football club going? what is our objectve? hmpf
Georgey , this!! Perfecto mate. JT, Cescy, Ivan should be packed out of the club tonight. Only way forward. As long as Mikel is our best player - relegation scrap is the righteous place for us!!
Not sure about whether we are back to our usual, but that is a major hint that Goons are back to their usual - IMPLODE! 0-1
ivanovic, diego and willian all had great games. hazard looks happy again. im pleasantlty surprised by that one, we plyed ok. if only we ran the club properly we might be onto something
After Southamptons deserved win at Old Toilet this win should see the trolls run off with their tales between their legs. Yes you know who you are!
After Southamptons deserved win at Old Toilet this win should see the trolls run off with their tales between their legs. Yes you know Hmm, that's exactly why you've posted, you can't leave it alone just like them. It's impossible to troll your own board you numpty but hey that's why you're here.
That doesn't make much sense but I'll try and respond politely. You post something barely legible, often not about the subject of the thread with the intention of riling whichever opposition supporter is discussing whatever that subject is. When the response isn't equally childish and offensive, you get wound up and post a more extreme version of your first point and the cycle continues with no one getting wound up but you. Self-trolling.
It's very legible and makes much sense, we have been plagued by armchair fans that know next to zilch about football and have had many a good thread closed down. This thread had a few comments pre match because they thought we was going to get a hiding. My comment was for the benefit of Chelsea fans on the Chelsea match day thread as a fingers up to those who now have gone quiet because they were beaten at home by Southampton. If you conceive that as trolling then you are totally wrong. You claim to have a silver spoon education but fail to realise that you are a guest on our board. If I was on your board making that comment your comment could be deemed as valid. I'm so glad I didn't get your degree in trolling. Now if you wish to converse about our victory over Arsenal or my totally honest match day thread I would be more than happy to engage you. If you're going to be a sanctimonious bell end you'd best not bother. Cappice!
It's funny that you've clearly made an effort to write that post well. It backs up my theory that your persona on here is just an act and you're actually quite normal. Have you ever thought threads might not have been closed down had you not crossed the mods' well-defined line? As for the comment itself, the disappearance and reappearance of certain posters is an ongoing joke on this forum when their team loses/wins. Surely you see it applies to Chelsea fans more than those of any other team with a more than a couple of fans on here? As for the match, it was a professional win of a quality sorely lacking this season. Wenger got it badly wrong on the day, even with eleven men. Hiddink got it right. Only six points off the likely last Europa place but I expect even if it's in touch many people will want it. More importantly, it's seven points clear of Newcastle and some breathing space before two tricky games. I've never claimed to have a silver spoon education, though I suppose I have done if going to a half decent university equates to that still in this century.
Congratulations that is the first post you've made that hasn't included a dig other than a mild dig in the first paragraph. My persona has always been the same, if I have a fault it is that I don't suffer fools lightly. I also do not agree with your perception of more of our fans going missing after a loss as I believe it to be mainly equal. Now let's get to the match! I agree it was a very professional win in which I though Wenger underestimated his opponents. I also thought his team selection was floored given those influential players that had returned. Guys has a good record at Arsenal and repeated the magic again as in 2009/10 season. For me Costa, Fabregas Mikel, Oscer were good, Willian was exceptional but was more happy with Ivan who has had many a bad comment lately. Not sure about your comment breathing space which indicates you think we somehow are or were involved in a relegation battle? Chelsea are a big club with a good squad we've had a poor start by anybody's standard but were never ever going to be a QPR.
Of course you were. Had you lost today, you'd have been four points off Newcastle with 15 games to go. Whether you're Barcelona, Chelsea, QPR or Barnet, that would suggest some trouble especially with a match with Newcastle on the horizon. Seven points is significant enough space to allow for a few bad results. Four isn't. Fortunately for you, the manager doesn't share your arrogance about it. There's no need to bring up again your history of comments. Regular readers of the forum will be aware of it.
