We assume Pelle's hair is actually hair, but there's very little proof. It's quite possibly some kinda moulded vinyl sculpture; I propose if you were to surreptitiously brush his 'hair' with a record stylus, I wouldn't be surprised if you could pick up the strains of a tango, or something.

Just noticed on the BBC picture of his celebration that he is patting his right upper chest as if badge tapping. Charlie, the badge is on the left. Don't feel a right tit, slap your left.
