All depends on what forum you're on I guess. On Sport Witness, there are a few sensible City fans but there are literally only about 3 who post there. I don't really mind the WUMs, so long as they have a bit of intelligence about them and are clever(ish) in how they go about it. I occasionally go onto JA606 and would usually just trawl the Arsenal board because, as annoying as some of their fans can be at times with their delusions, they tend to have the most witty and genuinely fun threads.

To be fair, most of the Liverpool fans on here are a breath of fresh air, as on the original 606 we used to just have to try and fend off Proud Scouse and a few other Liverpool fans who just posted WUM articles without actually bantering.

Not606 seems to get a bad press, as in the first couple of weeks of people moving over, everyone just let off steam as there was no aggressive modding and it led to cheap insults left, right and centre. Now, it's calmed down and most United and Liverpool fans can have a laugh and a joke and leave it at that. The United board's biggest childish squabbles are amongst themselves right now (with KPR thrown in there now and again).

I am not going to say it won't be your year because that could come back to haunt me but i doubt it will be your year.

I think Liverpool could get back their champions league 4th spot. What do you think?

Just for the record, are you aware that no team has ever lost 3-0 to Hull City in pre-season and gone on to finish in the top 4? Just saying, is all.

Will Liverpool fans be happy with 5th? The only way I can see them getting into the Top 4 is if City implode after putting all of their effort into the Champions League. Which they could well do.

Yeah but it kind of descended into that anyway <laugh> I'm not sure what to make of Liverpool yet but as of now I am tipping them for 5th because I just think in all honesty the other 4 sides ahead of them are better. Simple as that. Liverpool though could be rejuvenated by Dalglish and that could well be a dangerous animal. On the other hand it could be that Dalglish may get found out.
