To be promoted we must win games where we do not play well, agreed that we should have the confidence to press further up away from home however.
Agreed. Lets not pretend it was a job well done. We were poor. We didnt control the game and against a better side we'd have got beat. Onwards and upwards.
just an update regarding the abortion know as Hull trains....they are running only from Donny, however fans cannot get the 8pm London to Donny as ticket not valid...you have to wait for the 8.30, so just be careful not to incur further costs.....but three points should warm those cockles......
Saw on Twitter than the Kings Cross to Hull train at 7:55pm was cancelled. Ridiculous they're allowed to just do that.
.......but we want Bruce out........ I'm sure the doubters on here know the rest of the song. muppets.
**** me I'm cold. Missus told me *double figures today*, so whilst I didn't go dressed like Stirling would, I shoulda had more layers on. Hard game that, I thought Fulham looked ok, but we seemed a bit nervy. Some good stuff, and we coulda scored more. Some blinding saves by Greegsy. Snoddy is massive for us. Elmo looked...a big out of sorts to me. Hernandez keeps busy. Ref was a ****. I thought we were ok, could be better, but it's a good start for this run of 4 aways. 3 points from games like that will see us promoted. Saw a couple of ****s having handbags, no idea what about, stewards were on the scene quickly. My lucky shirt is still lucky. Oh, I drove home with the heated car seat on. I'm still cold.
Surprised by the comments that City were lucky today. True we didn't make a load of chances and our crosses were consistently dreadful - but Fulham hardly threatened either, apart from a scary block three yards out in the first half and an O'Hara shot just past the post in the second. Dembele looked as though he had already signed for another team in his mind. And one forgets how easy it is to defend against Cairney, because he is SO one footed. Average performance, very few scares, one flash of pace wins it. Pop bang lovely.
