Agreed. Can for me was mainly at fault for the second alongside the other midfielders on that side. The replay shows Can strolling calmly as Naismith bursts past him. He stares and does nothing. Mignolet also is one step too far towards the line which opens the angle that should be far too easily covered.

The first goal is definitely less Sakho's fault than the others, he stepped up to the attacker when it came to him. Had he not attempted the audacious Sakho would have covered it. Mignolet isn't at fault either as the ball never came near him and then the backheel was, well, unexpected.

Can for me, I see his qualities. I think he's excellent when surrounded by runners. When we aren't pressed. But when we are his passing is weak and he dawdles on the ball too long.

Henderson has been snatching at passes lately. I like him, and I also think alongside creative players he's what Milner is supposed to be. But creativity isn't his strong suit. He will ping a great ball or assist every now and then. I think this team is missing Coutinho and two strikers to aim at.

4-5-1 will be the death of me. Every European side plays it and its so bad for teams that can't control possession.
