I had a horrible dream that we were drawing 0-0 and then in the 94th minute, Pedro gets in behind our defence to score the winner.

I am hoping that is not a sign of things to come!

If we don't win tomorrow then Spurs can legitimately say that finishing above us is in their own hands.

 

Absolutely no excuses now if we don't win tomorrow, Spurs-Lecister winning, City dropping points. Tomorrow is a must win game, especially when you consider we have dropped points in our last 2 games. So those with the excuses ready, please, don't even bother. Nothing but a win will do tomorrow.

Feeling quite positive about this game, especially having our talismans back - Ozil and Sanchez. I'm hoping we keep it tight in the middle of the park and not get caught out as Chelsea have a lot of quality. We're favourites and need t stamp our authority early!

 

Yep, with Leicester and the spuds winning too, we need to win this game.

I think we'll see some park the bus tactics again, because Hiddink will know that we could rip them apart if they go gung-ho. We need to be mindful of the counter with players like Hazard and Willian. Big performances needed from Monreal and Bellerin. Also Ramsey needs to remember his defensive duties and not get caught up field when they break.

 

Hit it on the head for me. If Flamballs and Ramsey combine well and share the defensive duties, then we will be more solid. But as you said, Ramsey will have to time his surging runs forward, otherwise we may get punished by Chelsea's quality.

 

Ramsey is really good at breaking into the box from Midfield, but it's a gamble because if we lose the ball, then Flamini is exposed.
He's going to have a busy day, whatever happens !

Tbh with a fit squad there isn't a space for Debuchy on the bench, he has only been in the match squad when others have been out injured, don't think it means much in terms of whether he will stay or go.

 

He has only made the bench once this month, the cup game against Sunderland. Dont see why it's different that he isn't involved today
