I find it odd when he was considered good enough (although probably a bit out of depth) to play in the Prem but not good enough for the Champ Anyway for Saturday would think will probably start with same team as Rotherham & introduce Conor + Mackie in the 2nd half for a comfortable 2:0 victory (fingers crossed).
Agree , wtf is going on with him . ??? Quality from what I've seen and knows where the net is . Maybe he is being an Arse on the training ground ? Reason for being sidelined possibly
We never get to see/hear what goes on behind the scenes whether it be injury, poor form in training or misbehaviour.
I find it hard to believe a Korean would behave badly or not try in training. Even Park tried. Perhaps he has just turned to rubbish. Shame, I had high hopes for him.
I was talking about cherry , since when did yun know where the net is .... Although I would love to know hat happened with him also
I don't think there's anything suspicious about Yun's absence. I think it's purely down to others being perceived as a better choice. I cannot see too much wrong when he does start. He gets caught out a few times so his positional play perhaps is the biggest area for development. I think all of our full backs could do more to stop crosses.
Even I would drop Henry for a home game as we really should be on the front foot at home. Time for creation because very slowly we have become more solid that IMO has meant playing players like Henry Must be time for expression now if want to build a run together If we get something then Henry is straight back in the side for Forest Willing to bet JFH knows the platform he needs to build on and no signs of us looking to buy that sort of player Regardless of posters dislike of the player we haven't got anyone better with that amount fitness, commitment and experience IMO Quite a few agents at LR I saw this week so who knows
From the Official, JFH on Wolves, Polter & Luongo "" 12:00 22nd January 2016 by @QPRFC Gaffer previews Wolves clash … JFH looks ahead of weekend showdown against Wolves Gaffer admits it’s a ‘building process’ at present Polter and Luongo earn praise from R’s boss JIMMY Floyd Hasselbaink wants his players to produce a ‘performance that makes everybody proud’ when QPR play host to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday lunchtime. The R’s will be under the spotlight of the Sky Sports cameras when Wolves come to town this weekend, as Rangers look to build on last weekend’s 3-0 victory over Rotherham United. Speaking exclusively to www.qpr.co.uk ahead of Saturday’s clash in W12, Hasselbaink said: “Mentally and psychologically it was an important win last weekend. We were close in the games before and deserved more. “We showed character and quality at Rotherham and in the second half especially, I liked what I saw. “The mood is good. But it's been good all the time I've been here. “We were calm when things weren't going our way and we've stayed calm after that win. When we come in to work, we work hard regardless. “It does make you happier when you win games but you can't forget about the other things you need to do. “I don't look back as a manager. It's not my style. My style is to focus on the next game." He added: “I have belief. I trust my players. I know we have talent here. “It's important that we keep on performing in the right way. “We always just focus on the next game at this club. We are concentrating on Wolves. “We want to put on a performance that everybody is proud of and get three more points on the board. “This is a building process. But we want to win matches. We want to win as many games as we can and then see where it takes us.” New signing Conor Washington could be in contention to feature following his move from Peterborough United earlier this week, whilst Ale Faurlin is expected to be available after he missed out at The New York Stadium owing to a bout of illness last weekend. One man who is almost certain to start is in-form striker Sebastian Polter, who – with three goals in his last four games – is enjoying a prolific run of form in front of goal. It’s certainly not gone unnoticed by the R’s gaffer. “Seb has stepped up,” said Hasselbaink. “He has done well but I believe there is a lot more to come from him. “This is all new to him. A different country, a different environment, a different league. “He likes the physical aspect of the English game and he's quite good at that. He's a real hardworking striker and he’s learning all the time.” Massimo Luongo, who enjoyed a rare start at Rotherham last weekend, has also earned praise from his boss, who added: “Mass is another player who needs time, but we think very highly of him here. “He will play lots of games for QPR. I believe that. “I was very pleased with his performance on Saturday. He had a very good game and he can build on that. “Technically he is very good. His offensive ability to see a pass and open defences up is without question. We need to help him improve the other side of his game and he is aware of that and is working hard on it with us.” Wolves head to W12 in the wake of a 3-1 home defeat to Cardiff City last weekend, but their recent form has been highly impressive since Christmas – and Hasselbaink is well aware of the threat posed by Kenny Jackett’s men. “I have big respect for Wolves and how they play,” he said. “They ask you questions. They're not an easy ride. They've got quality up front and in the wide areas. “We have to make it about our game though. We always prepare in the same way, focusing on us, but also looking at the strengths of the opposition. “If you want to be successful, back-to-back wins help a lot and that's what we are aiming to start on Saturday. “The next objective is to win at Loftus Road. We will make sure we are ready, prepared and focused. “We are at home. We want to make our home stadium a fortress. “If we play to our capacity, we will give Wolves problems. I believe that.” Read more at http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/q...-loftus-road-2912137.aspx#pU3D21PC2Q1OQ4fk.99 ""
The more I hear from JFH the more positive I feel, I like the way talks about recognising the good things players do and helping them to improve further.

I do that thing with my glasses too. Drives my daughter nuts. Shouldn't you be sleeping on duty or something? Just watching the Lemmy movie. Outstanding.
Bloody cheek! I was up for both night shifts last tour after battling three blazes! First night we was up all night battling the yellow beast near Kew Bridge and the second night we fought two domestic fires. I was completely bolloxed on Monday and Tuesday. I'm far too old for this now. It's definitely a young man's game. I was on days today and got home at 9ish. I've got the day off tomorrow so that I can go to to the game. Hoorah! I have the Lemmy movie on 'Live pause' while I spend too much time on here doing match day threads and the like. Tomorrow may well be a struggle. Just opened the second bottle of Malbec.
You know my tongue was in my cheek. Apart from the physical danger of your job, which as a card carrying coward I would find rather off-putting, the constant tension of waiting for the call would drive me nuts. Many, many years ago, in the days before mobile phones and the Internet, I was in a job which obliged me to carry the pager (remember them?) for Hong Kong for a few days every couple of months. In certain circumstances I would be bleeped by the police, coastguard etc and I would have to decide which of the territories' leaders - Governor, Chief Secretary, Secretary for Security, Head of the British garrison, chief of police etc etc - should be phoned up and told what was going on. I absolutely hated it. The prospect of having to phone up one or more of the allegedly important people in the middle of the night (it was always going to be the middle of the night, wasn't it?) was rather intimidating for a 23/24 year old, and in the 3 or 4 day shift I never drank anything and barely slept. Of course usually absolutely nothing happened, but one time a storm was upgraded to a maximum force typhoon, which meant I not only had to phone everyone up but also had to open up the emergency control centre (A kind of bunker). As I was walking down to do that I got another call to say a bunch of HK fishing boats had been impounded by the Chinese, a potential major diplomatic incident. I should of course have been rather chuffed that I was trusted to do this. Rather more ambivalent about the fact that to do it I must have been assessed (without my knowledge) as to fitness to do it ('this bloke won't bottle out of phoning up the great and the good, he will be able to relay the information clearly etc") but also (again without my conscious knowledge) not only have been positively vetted but have passed it.
