    Mine was done out of necessity with my tight foreskin causing me problems...Please, please, please do not do it if you don't have to.. It is ****ing horrendous..

    I haven't had the displeasure of having piles cut out so can't say. I have had the snip which was an absolute piece of cake in comparison to circumcision.
