Super happy thread Southampton to win again It's haikutastic We shall score more goals Than the Manchester Devils Which means we will win Oh Charlie Austin You will score from open play A bullet header Remember this, please, One hundred percent Dutch wins In this come away
http://soccerisma.com/2016/01/manchester-uniteds-e31million-signing-analysis-stats/ Article showing how Morgan's stats have declined since leaving Southampton. He won't have suddenly deteriorated....may depend on his playmates and how he is used. Yet another example of how our style makes players look better....or does he just care less ** **joke alert
I'm predicting a "positively" perfect away performance from the lads and another 1-0 victory with Sadio coming to the party and scoring the winner.
Not so much the goliath versus David match this used to be. We have a real chance of victory for the second season running despite the fact utds squad cost around 400 million to assemble. (Or 100 Charlie Austin's)
In answer to how I feel about this match what do protons, cathodes in galvanic cells, anodes in electrolytic cells, and me have in common? Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results.
The great leveller is that despite ManU's expensively assembled individuals, they can only play 11 of them at any one time.
ManU are a club at odds with themselves. Their performances have been dire at times and we are playing our best footie of the season. This could very easily be our game. Mane has to score at some point, fancy him to bag a brace and Ward-Prowse to continue his scoring hot streak. 3-1 Saints. And then that miserable manager of theirs gets sacked. dream day.
Let's not be confused with playing boringly and playing well enough to beat the opposition. ManU are several points ahead of Saints. Not many, but they are. By their standards they are having a very poor season so far. By Saints newly established standards we have had a poor season so far as well. However, either or both teams are capable of turning up for this coming match. Let's not underestimate ManU. This will be a close and difficult game and it could go either way. As usual I'm confident that Saints are quite capable of winning any match though, but it won't be easy, as we have two Dutch managers who know each others tactics inside out.
The haiku structure Is okay I suppose, but It's no five-three-two Fraser Forster's big But Maarten Stekelenburg? He's six syllables
Good to hear that Ron values Targett and that he will get chances if we play with three at the back. He was just being kept out of the team by Bertrand when we play 4 across the back. It just shows how you can form an opinion that.... a) Targett wasn't good enough and b) Koeman didn't want to play the youngsters.... when you don't know the thinking behind it. Targett needs game time to develop. Tadic must be disappointed not to start at the moment, but Ron obviously thinks he is most effective at the end of a game when space appears rather than the grind at the beginning.
