Ah, so you're wanting to run this simultaneously with the actual FA Cup competition.

How will you separate the two finalists should they got equal points?

Yeah.

When get down to semi and final's will be more to predict than just the score, for example, scorer... time of first goal.. number of corners <whistle>

Will be suddent death like so if scores are tied after result.. goes to scorer if still tied, goes to closest to first goal time, if still tied etc etc...
