    Not read this thread fully...but I'll pitch in.

    Scottish university education highly sought after across the world

    British girls are hit n miss , very mixed ... I've even seen some Welsh n scouse stunners. Can't say for fact if one area has a higher proportion of good lookers. But I like surfer birds in Devon.

    A uni degree shows you can study and retain information ... Nothing more

    The U.K. Is a bit of a ****house in parts . I love Devon but some of its areas are ****e , same as anywhere . Same in south east , north west , Scotland . Birmingham is a toilet !

    I like London to visit , would hate to live or work there tho.

    I like pies.

    You really haven't missed much...

    A passing comment I made to Mick earlier got turned into a multi-pager, because the same desperate ****s are trying to point-score.

    I disagree with the Uni bit, but hey, for some courses you're right. A foreign language degree is basically a memory test.

    After having spent nearly 3 years living in London I am honestly (without exaggerating) going to say that I doubt there are as many stunning women in such a small area anywhere else in England. Mayfair/Oxford Street had some absolute stunners wandering around/in the pub, and not even going to start on the random Tube hotties <yikes>

    There are also lots of fat ugly women there too <ok>

    I don't like pies. Veggie pies are ****.

    I went to visit a mate doing his PHD there and I'd have to agree. Only spent a couple of nights there though and was thoroughly drunk for the whole time.

    Fair enough. Sometimes it seems you think some people are inherently "better" than others - for whatever reason - due to geography. Which is at odds with the rest of your liberal, leftist leanings. At the end of the day, people are people; you get good and bad everywhere and I try to see the best in everyone.

    Apart from scousers, of course. They are child-killer-protecting rent-a-grievers who should be fed to the rats that infest Brookside Close.

    Just a fantastic city: rocker pubs and clubs (when I had a liver), plenty of history, great shopping, beautiful pies, excellent transport links, and a major hub for Britain's trainee nurses.
