Are you on contract? I change mine every time my contract runs out so every 2 years. Or does it not work like that in Deutschland
germans are funny... "wo ist mein Handy" all germans with mobile phones can be considered fruity.. Stephen fry says so.
Used to work like that in US too. Over the last year all the major carriers have veered away from that model. (the phone I have now will probably stick with me 6 years).
No, pay as you go. I don't use it that much, so I just top it up for €15 every month or two. I think you do get that model in Germany but I haven't looked into it.
Used to have PAYG but think majority of people once then hit like 16 get a contract phone as can then get a freebie upgrade every few years. Technology in in phonws ha a progressed quite a bit in last 5/6 years can't imagine having same phone I did back then. I I probably use my phone more than my laptop for Internet etc so having contract with high data limit is a must. Don't know what the charge is for data on a payg but imagine it's pretty high? Saying all that my contract is £40 a month so over two years I end up paying £960 which does sound a lot
I have a Nokia 2323 just to clarify. WAP was what phones had for Internet when phones first started having Internet. Slow and unusable. It also goes without saying that the phone doesn't have a camera.
