Oscar Hiljemark ? http://www.skysports.com/football/n...-players-who-could-move-to-the-premier-league
Worth a shout - he could be good for us. Having a fellow Swede at the club (Olsson) might help. I somehow think if we do sign someone else it will be another CB or striker.
This merry go round of players is getting on my nerves to be honest. There is no consistency in teams and it is like a market. All we are doing is putting things in our bag if you know what I mean. I am on a downer as you can tell!
Blimes Thurnby. You must have it bad - we signed Klose on Monday and Naismith yesterday - we're in a purple patch signings wise so no need to be down duder !!
Somebody mentioned earlier that Sunderland and Villa haven't strengthened? Shouldn't we add Swansea to that list?
And if I remember the sequence of events correctly, didn't we sell Bradders Johnson to Derby so late in the window (plus were thwarted on Murray, Gayle, and Naismith) that we ending up not spending the alleged £6m for his transfer? In which case, that plus the £8m ish for our Lewis will have gone a long way to offseting this recent spending frenzy.
Was just reading through some comments from Everton fans regarding Naismith. This one stuck out: To ALL Norwich City fans, cherish this most rare of footballers. Committed, determined, keen eye for goal, 100% team before self and born with a winners mentality. But most of all, this fine human being will continually inspire you with his acts of unselfishness towards his fellow human beings. Away from the pitch he is a pure antidote to the selfish spoiled brats who infest the modern profession. I'll miss him at Everton, but rest assured he will receive the welcome of every Evertonian upon his (hopefully many) returns to Goodison Park. Best of luck for a long career Naisy, it's been an education, an inspiration and a true privilege. Thanks !
I have been known to fill in at left back from time to time. But I'm a bit old to be doing that these days.
Well Stanley seems to think Naismith is a good signing http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2016/01/2...ests-steven-naismith-would-have-been-perfect/
