He always thought he was a better player than a City player, which at the time may have been true, but I wish he'd just come out and said as much, instead of stringing us along. That's a GTF from me.

I wouldn't like to see him in a City shirt at all. His attitude with us is awful and now people think it's fine to pay the t**ts wages, I think if he was scoring in double figures I could see some relevance in signing him but he's nowhere near, he's not what we need. STAY AWAY T**T

He scored the key goals that put us in the playoffs, made the run and pass for Deanos promotion winner, played his heart out for us, still has speed and great heading ability. What's not to like??? I'd have him on loan in a split second.

Oh sorry....he celebrated against us and his dad's a twat. Boo-hoo!!!

I think the truth of it was we strung ourselves along; there is a big expectation that we had a right to him and it never seemed to occur to folk that he had options and he needed to keep them all open.

The question is, would he improve upon Akpom not Hernandez (who is probably the best in the Championship)?

The other big question is how much would his salary be?

Campbell hasn't exactly set the world alight since his season at the KC. He has 35 goals in over 100 starts (and 70 substitute appearances) isn't exactly brilliant. Nearly half of those were in his season at Cardiff.

They were almost all in the Premier League, we're not in the Premier League, so if it's a loan for the rest of this season those stats are irrelevant (in his last Championship season, with Cardiff, he scored 7 in 12 and they were promoted).

I don't blame him for being a bit of a twat- I'm sure there are plenty of other footballers out there who are worse....Marlon King anyone?- what's more relevant is whether he would improve us and whether he would come to us.
Cannot see it happening myself- even though Bruce appears a bit of a fan, he would need the skin of rhino to risk coming back here, and he is likely to have 'easier' options like QPR or Wolves (though, on the other hand, it didn't bother super Keith Edwards and he got absolute dogs abuse when he left us first time)

Spot on both ^^^^^^ these.!!!! <ok>

In fact FC can feck off and die for me. Never want to see that waste of space in a Hull City shirt ever again. FACT.

IF a massive IF I know Akpom could improve both his finishing and attitude then he is better than Campbell for sure.

FC has passed his sell by date and we have moved on. OUR SQUAD IS WAY WAY BETTER than back in 2007/2008 anyways.

Kemar Roofe(Oxford) and Ton Bradshaw(Walsall) offer much better value than Fraizer fecking Campbell could ever do now. He gave us 2 fingers a few times - now we can do the same back at the very least.

If Chuba Akpom could get better such that he is better than Fraizer Campbell, then he'd be better than Fraizer Campbell? Controversial stuff there.
