So, what does everyone think about Magnificent Mignolet's new five year deal? Must be a very happy day for everyone on Merseyside. Not sure what the Liverpool fans are going to feel, though.
How many years did he have left on his previous contract? Maybe they're just trying to boost his transfer value. Klopp can't for one minute be considering that he's Liverpool's long term first choice keeper.
Its exactly that, we are only protecting our investment. I'd imagine klopp will keep him as back up next season, failing that we are in a good position to negotiate with other clubs. His days are numbered I'm afraid, once you be come the laughing stock of keepers and lose trust of the manager it's game over.
Currently, no one I'd imagine lol I don't think we are looking to sell tbh, klopp will probably already have a keeper lined up and keep migs as back up, if he does sell we are in a better position to negotiate a deal that suits us.
What investment? He's ****ing mince and his value is a Mars Bar and a pack of Swizzles All you've done is lumber yourselves with a massively overpaid bench warmer for the next few years. Rob Green btw
Yeah you are lad, this top larker http://www.express.co.uk/sport/foot...ansfer-news-Jurgen-Klopp-plots-Rob-Green-move
We bought a player, that's an investment mate not a great one so far, but an investment all the same.
Shane Long and Rob Green all in one week. I'm used to praying that silly transfer rumours come true not praying that they don't.
"Liverpool are looking to sign QPR goalkeeper Rob Green in a shock transfer move, according to reports. The former England goalie is second-choice at Loftus Road after a string of high-profile errors – but Liverpool are keen on him." Who's advising Klopp? Rob Green's dad?
Liverpool continue to dominate - they've had 12 shots to Exeter's none so far. Make that 13... Christian Benteke's shot inside the box is straight at a defender. (BBC Football website) Remind me... who are 'Pool playing?
Daniel Sturridge's poor injury record at Liverpool means the 26-year-old England striker's cost to the club is now a staggering £542,000 per goal. (Independent) And to think that some thought Chelsea were stupid for getting rid of him! I'm so glad we didn't go for him!
That's nothing compared to the £100k per week that the Telegraph and Independent have reported that Spurs are paying Adebayor not to play for you. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...ated-by-Tottenham-still-paying-his-wages.html
In fact, if as reported Adebayor is paid up until the end of his initial contract term by Spurs, then on a salary of £100k per week over his 5 year contract, plus the £5m they paid for him. Spurs will have spent a staggering £31m on Adebayor to score 41 goals. That's £756,097 per goal !
