Leicester will finish 4th ... but Chelsea will win the Champions League so we will be demoted to the Europa league <laugh>

I suspect the comments were aimed more at HIAG's thread opener than at you specifically NSIS ... some of our lads are only recently venturing on to the more general Prem board and have thus far been sheltered from the somewhat dubious humour and general idiocy of 'he of the slight appendage' <laugh>

I see. Well, if they're that easily wound up, it's best to stay away. They'll get slaughtered on here!...

Was not aimed at you as Fosse says. It's generally, not just from reading this thread (seems to be more of a North London affair than to do with Ieicester) but posts on FB etc, it gets boring to read the same old negative bull! To be fair, anyone but either Manc side, Chelsea or Liverpool I'd be happy to see win. If (as I suspect) we don't win, either North London side would be a great change

You can rest assured, they changed the rules on that one. On the back of our pain <grr>

  7. ...and to Chelsea, United and 'Pool.

I'm not bitter, nor am I knocking what Ranieri has achieved at Leicester. I am merely opening up a debate that thousands of fans around the country are having. I fail to see why anyone should get upset about that.

Fair enough. As I say I was aiming at the rather pathetic Wum attempt from Mr IQ 87 ( I'm sure that's an exaggeration!).

As Fosse says, you guys have shaken the tree. You've already done far more than anybody expected.

Good luck to you ( after Weds, that is!).

Maybe your reputation has preceded you.

Yes, I know you don't wum anymore Hiag, but many don't seem to accept this.

Exactly we've done more than we could have dreamed of. And as for the debate, it might be better for us if we ended in the Europa league but obviously will still be routing for a top 4 finish whilst the dream is still so close.
As for the cup, I think the draw makes me want it more than if it'd been say Man City away as its a real chance for either of our sides to progress

Fair enough, not upset, as I said, it's more generally not this thread in particular. Tbf you've just named a bunch of mid table nobodies there ha!

Spurlock and Hoddle is a god like this.
  13. If it's any consolation, Foxy, I'd much rather your lot win the league than Arsenal. But, you could probably have guessed that much.

This raises my question again (still unanswered) That if Arsenal's 'spiral downwards' starts in February as you've claimed and Leicester's not until next season. Then your logic dictates that Leicester will finish above Arsenal anyway.

Is that what you believe HIAG ?

Anybody can see that Leicester are only a little club and cannot hope to compare themselves to the big clubs of Man United, Liverpool and Spurs. Let them enjoy their moment in the sun as there is no way they will still be in the top four

once their easy start is over
    by the end of November
once the busy December schedule kicks in
    at Christmas
by the turn of the year
once they've played some of the big teams
    in January

once the January window is closed and someone buys Vardy and Mahrez

Well that much is obvious. You're a spud.

But you quite categorically said that Arsenal would be in a 'spiral downwards' from February or are you saying that's just a hope rather than a prediction ?

  18. That's right, Pixie. Because everything I write on a football ball forum, one that invites opinions for discussion, is to be taken as the Gospel truth, written in granite, never to be expunged from history or, indeed, eternity.

    You're such a drama queen HIAG <laugh>

I see that you're confirming that you are back tracking now though. Would you also like to take the opportunity to back track on your comments that 'Arsenal are going backwards' or that 'Arsenal are dead in the water' before they come back to haunt you too ? <ghost>

  20. The game's stretched... it's perfect for one man: Jamie Vardy. Sixteen minutes to go.
(BBC Football website match commentary: Leicester 0 v 2 Spurs)

Those asshole pundits are so desperate for Spurs to lose!

What do they reckon Vardy is going to do in 16 minutes? Score a hat-trick?
    <laugh>

    Pathetic!
