West Brom are 8 points out of the relegation places and their next three games are Villa (H), Swansea (H) and Newcastle (A). If they get the 4-6 points from those that they should get then they'll sitting on 30+ points with 13 games to go. If they fail to win any of those then it's a possibility but a small one.
You been drinking Haslam mate? We are on the verge of 7 in a row with you lot and I do think Cardiff can put a better team out than Swansea and wev'e done them for 4 points this season. Believe me, on our day we are a very good side so at your peril don't under estimate us.. hic, right whose next hic..
That's a bit harsh, I thought he sang the 'Snowman' song beautifully. He was wearing his scarf like, maybe that's a sign of virginity and innocence or maybe the Welsh alternative to using a sock, given that they all have big dicks and look like Tom Jones..
Haha, I would like to also highlight the rest of my comment! I saw you beat us and Villa and Swansea so I've seen most of your good days this season I think Sunderland have a team/squad which shows the effects of a few years of bodges and patching up. Newcastle aren't dissimilar but i think we have one or two players of quality and some younger prospects to give me hope - most of our team are gash though! In all honesty if all of us put together a combined 11 I think the only player we'd all pick is Wijnaldum (I do really like M'Villa but his impact hasn't been as great, very different players of course).
Heading off to bed now mate, got to be up early tomorrow to push a mountain up a molehill ha! Get the drift of what you are saying but wishes for a good night..
Cheers mate, good night and catch you tomorrow. Sure our Swansea resident posters will understand when i say i hope they lose Monday and give us something we can agree to be happy about!
Yeah I meant Yann 'laughing' at the Swansea fans. I use twitter and not heard any of it. Yeah I need more than Bobs word no disrespect to him.
Mate our prospects are on a different planet to yours. Top category state of the art facilities and a squad of young uns walking the U21 Prem League. I predict that was Englands future under21 in goal for us today. Watmore has broke the first team and there's a few others like beadling and robson knocking on the senior squad door. You've yet to drag yourselves out the u21 second tier. Don't mean to sound ignorant fella and with genuine interest, who've you got coming through?
We are catching ya! Big game soon mate that'll separate the men from the boys. As for Newcastle, the kid at Coventry is the only one I can think of who could be special, then again he could be turd in this league.
Aye I've noticed. Win them all and you'll be 2 points ahead. Looks like we're running away with it. Only Citeh if they win their games in hand can come close. Mind you. We've beaten twice this season with relative comfort, I don't think they're threat. I'll be between us and Man U.
Well we use half of our u-21 squad for the first team nowadays, no idea how the young lads will do to be honest. More interested in the senior squad for the next couple of hours at least!
Don't blame you. The U21s has been a big interest to me for the last few seasons. The way we're going on in the first team sooner or later we'll go down. These lads are our future so worth the interest.
Fair point I'm not talking about the U21's though I mean players who would qualify for our U21's playing in the first team who are young and showing that they may well be able to hack it in the Premiership (Mbemba, Aarons, Mbabu, Perez, Mitrovic) and we've got a young first team generally with most of them in their young to mid 20's (23 - Dummett (who's rubbish), Shelvey, 25 - Wijnaldum, 26 - Janmaat, Sissoko, Colback, 27 - Krul). Our academy and handling of upcoming stars is simply shocking and we rival no-one for that. The first team players to come through in the last 20 years? Ameobi's, Taylor, Dummett... Armstrong does look really good but lots of them do in lower leagues, it's a massive step up and I'm not confident he'll make it.
Oh yeah him - did pretty well for us and made bucket-loads. I mostly just see him as a huge pot of money now rather than a person.
But they're all bought in apart from Aarons. Anyone can can buy a bunch of kids, pay a lot for them and throw them in the deep end. I think that's half of your problem this season as I predicted at the start. Doesn't take Einstein to see your transfer policy was putting too much pressure on such young players from the very off. Getting towards a 100m for kids who have to start performing or you're going down. That's not the way to develop young un. Their pace not yours. Personally I think your transfer policy is a disaster. We've not exactly done well bringing them too, but the extra investment they got a few years back is coming to fruit now. Infact, If we wen't down our Championsip squad would virtually be in place, just a case of shipping out a few high earners
