Total lack of composure is what cost us this game. United were patient and we were too hurried. Henderson as a captain was the most guilty individual

Too much ball hogging from Can and the fact that we have the worst shot covertion ratio speaks much

Klopps work is cut out and he needs to get a goalscorer first before anything else.

I blame FSG for this and I want them gone now.

How long do we have to be grateful for the bailout? They're forcing **** on us who do jack and the transfer committee is on them, surely. It's ****ing **** and I've had enough of it!

Season's gone for me. Top four don't make me ****ing laugh!

We played well but clearly ran out of steam around the 60-70 mins marked and Klopp stalled on subs. What was we doing for that set piece? Fellaini gets his head there and they all stand watching, not one person anticipated the rebound.

It's a harsh learning curve for both this team and Klopp. We play well in patches, our heads drop too easily, I think a lot of player let the "occasion" get to their head, the match was often devoid of any quality when it was there to be won. In some respects we were unlucky, in many we've been naive today.

Allen should of started, or at least come on. Sticking Caulker up front is not football management, it's just poor and desperate.

Benteke needs to start games, or at least come on before the game is already lost

Cretaed at least three chances that a decent forward would have scored (did Firmino miss from five yards there? No, he wasn't offside), but I know what you mean. It wasn't exactly a massacre, and we don;t look like scoring a normal goal nowadays - it has to be a worldy or nothing.

Yup. We did run out of steam
Yup klopp delay when utd rolled all on on 60 mins or do.
Yup a lot were playing the name not the actual opponents... can and henderson particularly.
    Maybe Allen. .. maybe no.

Sky replay shows ball watching as short one is taken.

Isn't that what scouts are for? There are players out there who would offer an immediate improvement on what we have

Caulker up top is a symptom not something to attack manager.

If he did it and left a striker on bench fine but look at bench we had......

You think seriously we can get them in January when nobody wants to sell?

It's very hard to find a player who is good enough to make this impact in January without spending and over spending frankly.

They were there for the taking. Only one shot on target all game. We had no ideas and they were just happy to sit back and take one of their set pieces...as I predicted.

Four shots on target against us... FOUR goals. <doh>

At 0-0 the game was on a knives edge, Man U didn't create much and if we put too much emphasis on attacking we could be caught on the counter. At 70 mins we should've brought Allen on for Lucas and taken the draw as we weren't gonna score at all.

Man U were clinical and we had to then send on the big men to try and save us.

Martial is a prime example. Utd had seen oh oh late on we are in the **** here in late august and despite all the scouting had to way over pay and he shows he needs time to grow and learn. .

January is middle of season and nobody wants to sell anything but the leaving.

Bullshit. Coutinho, Sturridge, Suarez, Masch. It's not hard. We don't even bother tabling bids for good players. Caulker? Is that honestly the best we can come up with!?!
