I worry for Roo's ticker when he wakes up and sees the scoreline and scorers. It might be too much.

The problem has been more in away games, just get the same attacking intent from the very start of those and should be smoother. Team selection working well too. Elmo out, Snodgrass getting fit and Hernandez not being rested.

Haha believe me I'm not, I think we'll win the league by more than 5 points. Almost every post I've made on here has been trying to get across that we are the best team in the league, and defending the style we play (top scorers in the league, not bad for a 'defensive' team).

Worse team played since we dicked Tranmere 6-1.

The league is ****,no wonder many don't fancy it.

I honestly don't see a way back in for Elmo, other than injuries or as a bit part player, Snoddy looks so much better in that wide right role.

Another advantage is how Snoddy and Clucas were switching wings throughout the game and were equally effective on the opposite wings.

They weren't. Clucas would just cover the right flank when Snodgers took a set piece from the left.

For a couple of minutes after the second goal they swapped. Clucas was originally covering but as he tried to swap back over, Snodgrass waved him to stay that side.

It happened again second half. They were swapped for long but it was longer than just covering.

Big up to Bristol City, seemingly they were all over Boro all game. … maybe more teams will take it to them now.

Great result and sounds like we played well even if Charlton were poor. Boro and Derby losing was a bonus and added to what's turning into a great day. The sun is shining brilliantly, home made pizza with beer and wine for dinner a bit later and best of all ... it's warmed up to -27c.

    Happy birthday, John.
