    All I see is that Mori got booked for excessive celebration, there was then extra time added, and Everton conceded a goal in that added time.

    The linesman didn't raise his flag for offside. The ref applied the rules. This isn't like a referee ignoring two players having head injuries right in front of him so play can continue and Arsenal score.
