Of coarse you did easy to say after, but every time you've said a bet before play you've lost.Never seen you win a bet yet.
****ing annoying losing that after our first half. Could do with their strikers would be in a much better position.
At first i saw no harm in him.now i see the forum has improved greatly.he has gone and it is tough.even i have started posting.
Your best one was can you turn £100 into £1000 by Christmas.Turned it into a new car for the bookmaker instead.
Well, what can you say, we went 2 goals behind and seemed to not care for about 10 to 15 minutes. Passes were going astray and not reaching their man, chasing the ball dropped off a bit and Wednesday were taking full advantage of our lack of ability in midfield. Mind you, it was a game with lots of controversy, so there were some exciting bits to break the monotony. It's not hard to see why Wednesday are where they are and we are where we are, they play for each other, seem to know where their man is much better than we do, and they have more strikers, either upfront or from their midfield than we do, and their work rate is there for all to see. Our goal was controversial, the ref signalled for the corner to be taken and, by all accounts should've allowed the goal, but the 4th official got involved and it was disallowed. The commentator said the 4th official is there to oversee substitutions etc. We have a qualified ref on here, maybe he can shed some light on the situation. In regards to their 2 goals, being a keeper myself Silvestri should've held on to ball for their second goal, the first one I don't think Silvestri or anyone else was to blame, it was a goal mouth tussle that could've gone either way, we've probably all seen many of them in past. It was good to see a few more long range shots being made, always said we should be attempting a lot more. All up, playing a lone striker is not beneficial to us, imo it's more detrimental, I think Evans should start experimenting more now the playoffs are probably way out of range, never know, he might surprise himself if he does, after all, it can't get any worse, only better.
Not to blame? He gave away the corner by pushing a shot that was 1-2 foot wide. Goal kick, ball up the other end of the pitch. Not a massive gap between the teams imo. Two goalkeeping howlers and the lack of a striker as sharp as hooper was the difference.
Didn't see the 1st half, but 2nd half was men v boys - Sheff Weds were very good value for the 2 goal margin - bossed the midfield and could have scored 5 in 1st 20 mins of 2nd half!! & yes, Silvestri WAS at fault for both goals!!
