I suppose, could see it coming personally, very stubborn with tactics / formation, never experimenting or changing as it clearly wasn't working, bit gutted though because of what we achieved last year, but onwards and upwards as they say, try and keep us in the championship. You'll get through it, new man will bring a few new faces in. Your current players will want to impress the new boss, especially during the window and you're not adrift yet. Our Mick is very set in his ways, started with a small squad of men he could count on and has gradually added to it. A stubborn bastard but his brand of football is at least bringing the results .
