Bony great but doubt it will happen.
JDG no thanks. Cant tackle for toffee and was slaughtered for this throughout his last tenure with us on this board. If we are gonna buy/loan midfielders flamboyancy is the last thing we need. Tough in the tackle dogged midfielders is what we should be looking at if a tall. Personaly I think we have enough in that part of the park.
As for Sinclair, well if Montero is going then suppose he would do. He knows our game and never let us down before. Thought he was doing ok at Villa but tbh not exactly been following him.

Just have a look at how many times JDG sets up Michu in the year he scored all his goals and they were good balls into the box behind defenders something Ayew would thrive on. I do worry he is injured and played no football. Its not all about how hard you can tackle, but what you do when you get the ball as well. I do think we need an old fashioned strong central midfield player, but we create 4/5 of **** all in and around the box at the moment, Fabianski was the one who created Ayews goal on Wednesday.

As for Sinclair if he can give us a few goals from midfield then I would be more than happy.

I agree on JDG, TLF. He divides opinion but his assists were memorable and he 'fits' with us. However, I also agree that the fact he's been injured is a huge worry.

Oh dear god. Making a fortune won't save us from relegation! <grr> There is a time to cash in on players - as we did with Shelvey - but this isn't one of them and that isn't the player.

Thankfully, as TLF says, it will not happen.

IF Aussie , IF....the money would be a consolation IF he left .And another consolation IF he left would be we could play proper , pacey wingers and a proper striker and not have to worry about how to play Ayew in our system .betwwen the 10 million we would probably make on the deal and the 11 million we got for Shelvey , we could buy a super striker or two good ones .
