    Fabianski's distribution was abysmal.
Looked like he wasn't particularly interested, ambling, and then choosing the wrong option so the man receiving the, usually poorly executed, pass was turning straight into trouble.....and he made little effort when he needed to make a save, was slow off his line. How the **** did that cross shot manage to hit his post? Could have gone anywhere.
At corners he didn't take charge of his defenders, just looked like he was standing around in the 6 yard box....like he wasn't interested.

...pretty much the only thing he did right was catch the corners.

I was thinking the same thing regarding dropping him. He needs it, is obviously too comfortable.

I agree with the general sentiments apart from Daiswan because he's made a career out of being a tool and we'd expect nothing else. He's not a proper fan, just a disturbed Walter Mitty that loves to be contrary to get a reaction. Pay no notice.

I'm always happy to criticise the team when it;s deserved but I'm finding it hard to do that after that performance. Credit to Sunderland because I thought they'd park the bus but they went for it. That said, we were beaten not by them as such but by very dodgy officials - none of whom should be let near a Premiership game again. Does anyone have any doubt that the red will be overturned? Of course it will. But too late for tonight.

Like everyone else I've been down in the dumps lately at what's happened but perversely tonight gives me some hope. We showed incredible character playing with a man down and there were actually some very good performances out there. If I'm being critical Ki was too easily muscled off the ball, Routledge offered nothing and was instrumental in causing one of their goals and Curtis should have subbed him for Montero if he wanted to win the game rather than Gomis coming on.

But generally, the game proves to me that if we can show that commitment and sign one or two in the window we'll stay up.

    Barrow MOM again. :)

The officials were shocking tonight, they got all of the big decisions wrong.
    Great game to watch though.

Good luck for the rest of the season, looks like we will both need some.

We need a ball-winning midfielder, another winger and a striker, not forgetting at least one full back.
Will Huw spend - doubt it ......
Seems like we are in a downward spiral to the Championship.
Ah well, come Monday and I will go in confidence expecting a win over Watford!<cheers>

Absolutely gutted and angry after that. The ref and linesman were abysmal and biased. To get every big decision wrong is shocking and has made that defeat hurt even more.

Even more pissed off at Jenkins and Co after that though. These two games were massive and we needed players on ready for them. Not a soul in and highly doubtful there'll be any before Monday. Ffs.

    You've got to dig around on the BBC site to find an interview with Curtis (which is pretty ****ing amazing, shouldn't a sending off and 3 offside goals going against a side in a relegation 6 pointer be big news?), but here it is;

To be honest, I feel cheated.

They say that over a season, bad decisions even themselves out...... Never seems to be the case for Swansea.

It seems that teams get their "evening up" against Swansea.

English refs biased against the Welsh ...... Can't believe it, or did they all get their training in the Roger Quittenton school of refereeing......

Even the non-playing Sunderland squad players were saying that Naughton's dismissal was a free-kick, not even a yellow.....

So was I. He has gone on to say the penalty wasn't given for the NZ flanker diving out of the line out. The penalty was given for Geoff Wheel interfering with the NZ jumper......................but why spoil a good story! I was behind McCechnie when he took the pen. I turned around and looked up into the stand...........only to see a few NZ fans to go mad at the back :emoticon-0121-angry

Unlucky. That ref was all kinds of wrong. Got to disagree with offside on Defoe's goals some of you lads claim. The lad ran the line to absolute perfection. What a player. God help us if he gets injured.

I'll take this but it's about time serious repercussions were brought against bad decisions. There's too much money at stake. The fa can't afford to sit back and let these idiots ruin every game with inept officiating.

... Wow .. would be hard to believe if I hadn't just seen that on MOTD ..surely you'll appeal the red that wasn't?
.. and was that the first offside hat-trick in football? ..two for certain and the last one 'debateable' ...

..and shouldn't the block on the shot at the other end have put Rangel onside?

..has one of you shagged a daughter of the footballing gods perchance?
