I don't understand this obsession with the mancs when we are not doing too well ourselves. Do we always need to compare ourselves with them even when they are rubbish??

Agree but he's last line...and near post is his..only brave once in match yet again...your defenders must be nervous if you have such a pussy behind them

I could understand it if you were above us (something to cling to) but at the moment it's like Chelsea bragging they have won a game recently.

Sakho has been poor since the return from his last injury, hope he shakes off the rust soon. Maybe in the mean time it's best for him to play it a bit more casually, whilst I applaud him having the courage to get it down and look for the pass, it's an easy ploy to press him and get the ball back in a dangerous area, when you're struggling defensively it's probably best just to get rid.. This is why Lovren has been much more effective under Klopp and to an extent Sakho needs to play the same (for now).

Also prone to diving in, only difference is now he's not winning the ball. Stand them up and defend the line man! He's aggresive with every challenge, he needs to pick his battles.

  8. Beaten at near post I'd normally give you but both were near impossible for him to get imo

  9. Cheeky one...

Isn't the referee meant to stop the game for a head injury <whistle>

Im not defending the defenders btw lol..but it must be hard to position yourself with crosses and passes when for most of the game he refuses to budge then once or twice he shows he can bloody do it....just his lack of bravery annoys me.....

Sometimes a keeper just gets beat and there is little you can do or say about it <ok>

  12. You could spin that around and say it must be hard for Migs to position himself not knowing whether the defenders will do their job.

I'm not defending Migs either by the way. He's ****!

Giroud was ****ing boss again tonight (though at least Sakho and Toure didn't roll over like Skrtel). watch and learn, Benny, as that is how a big guy leads the line WITH ****ING CONSTANT MOVEMENT!

Edit - yes, I know he missed the sitter of the season!

Cracking game tonight lads. I thought you were going to steamroller us in the first 20 mins. But we pegged you back, then in the 2nd half I thought we had all 3pts. In the end though a draw was about right. Good advert for the premier league tonight. Good luck for the rest of the season <ok>

A draw was a fair result, good game. Arsenal sat too deep and invited you on for too long.

Really hope you go on and win that league now. Nothing against City, but they're a bit soulless, to me (and Little Rim plays for them). Giroud shows you can play a big target guy in a total football, pass-and-move side.

A low ball across the box like that shouldn't get anywhere near the goal. It has to be cut out, because once it's in there any number of legs can turn it past the keeper.

Yup, brilliant game with 2 sides that wanted to play attacking football. Draw was probably a fair result as you created more clear cut chances but we put a little more pressure on your defence than you did ours. Hopefully you go on and win that league now, rather you win it than Man City or any of the other contenders.
