    Television coverage for Emirates FA Cup third round replay.
    City’s Emirates FA Cup third round replay with West Bromwich Albion will be shown live by BT Sport.

    The match will be played on Tuesday, January 19th (7.45pm) at Ashton Gate.

    Both sides will bank £72,000 for TV coverage, whilst the winners will benefit from £67,500 prize money and a home tie with Sky Bet League One club Peterborough United in the fourth round.

    City and West Brom played out a pulsating 2-2 draw in the first match at The Hawthorns on Saturday.

    should have won at the Hawthorns, ****ing last minute goals, can't make Tuesday so I'm supporting from my armchair <laugh>

    We cannot get virgin where we live,very rural.
    We have sky which costs the earth.
    No main gas,lpg for us.
    No sewers here,soakaway tank for us.
    We do have electric though<laugh><laugh><laugh>

    never really looked at what teams get for each round ...
    WHO GETS THE GATE MONEY?
    FA PAYS THE £67,500 TO THE TEAM THAT QUALIFIES FOR NEXT ROUND?
    IS THE TV MONEY INSTEAD OF THE GATE MONEY?

    Working lates next week and don't finish until 19.30. Don't have BT Sport so will have to rely on Sky Sports Centre.

    At the mo you can get TV rental (including all sports) with Virgin plus unlimited telephone and broadband for circa £80 a month

    Gate receipts are divided equally between the clubs (a bit less for replays I think). There is also an element (10%) which goes into "the pool". So its a good earner (plus 72K each from telly)
