As usual all the good work our attackers do is undone by a defence that does not know the meaning of the words marking and positioning. As for Mings, he has obviously decided that as he has a new contract he does not have to try anymore as the money is in the bank. Think Klopp will be very brave to play Ward against Utd, but can see him playing against Exeter. He must be an improvement on Mings and Boggers
****! we started like the team of two years ago, but folded like the team of last year. Looked shattered after their second equaliser, but found a second wind in the last ten minutes. Arsenal are just walking down that left flank of sakho and Moreno though, because - well Moreno isn't there. That said, he's pulling up trees in their half! Be happy if there's no more goals now, but that won't happen.
Klopp has got to sort out the defending from corners/set pieces. get players on the posts! how can any keeper defend the near post when you have a striker standing in front of you blocking your movement? I think that is basic.
Honestly not bothered about the result of this game. I'd rather see us play with attacking intent and lose 3-2 than watch us edge a dull 1-0, I just want the rest of the season about finding an attacking foundation.
