Hope we haven't got many trying to get to the game from the North West, the M62 is completely shut eastbound near Huddersfield.
I have a bad feeling about today but maybe that's just because it's cold as **** and I haven't started a fire yet.
Personally I would start Snodders ahead ahead of Elmo but that ain't happening unless Bruce tells us "his head has been turned" by King Fut rumours. If Bruce goes negative and give them too much respect, I'll be home by 9pm. I'm not freezing my knackers off to watch ****.
We have had a lot more than the last few years but we are still below normal. We are currently at 82.7% of normal. If this is the best that the El Nino has to offer we are truly screwed. To be fair the climate models show most of California turning into the same climate as northern Arizona. In fact there was a study done by one of the California universities last year that looked at the average rain a different way rather than taking all the rain and dividing by the total number of years to get an average, they looked at the yearly decrease in rain since records have been kept and took an average rate of decrease to extrapolate what the average rain fall should be year after year and even though we are in the worst drought in at least 2,500 years we are actually at the average rain fall that we should expect using that method and are not in a drought at all, this is just the new climate of California.
Looks like the same line up as usual. Saturday is the easier game on paper so maybe most likely to field the A team tonight. Let's hope the plan comes together...
Good side and strong bench. Would like to see a good lead at HT so we can give Hayden, Snoddie, Hudd some playing time in the second half.
