Not the same, both porn stars are being paid for their 'work'. The male porn star doesn't pay the female porn star for a shag.

One thing that should be illegal is surgery (especially cosmetic) on the NHS for people who fundamentally failed to look after what they were born with.

A full new grill for some ****ing Kosovan who's tipped up here without a penny in his pocket, straight to the smile clinic to have his teeth fixed, for nowt.

Fat people who eat themselves so ****ing humongous that they think they've earned a gastric bypass, tough ****, get on the treadmill.

    Amen to that!!

I am a diabetic and my NHS trust are struggling to get funding for things to make a diabetic persons life easier (insulin pumps etc.) yet some fat bastard gets a £10k operation? **** that. Let the fat ****er die it's their own fault (glandular problems are a different matter!) Same for the toothless kosovan - **** him he should have looked after his teeth!

What about the Kosovans who have never had access to a dentist and had their teeth knocked out by being set upon in a racially motivated attacks..
I do have some sympathy for some of your views, but I'm just trying to say that it is not always black and white. The same goes for obesity which is sometimes associated with mental health issues such as depression as well as physical disabilities.

I would also add that paying £10K for an operation might save a lot more than that in treatment for the other illnesses which come with being very over weight, so unless you are saying that fat people should pay for all health treatment, then your idea would end up costing the tax payer more.

Mate you get Lab grade legal highs on the internet delivered to your home, They're made all over the world. They're not illegal, there's no import restrictions. Then when it gets here if it's diluted with anything they get their hands on. Right down to spraying skunk alternatives like glass dust to add weight and make it appear stronger. I know way more about this than I should. There's a dark spot in my past which has made sure I'll be carrying shame into the next life .

But ultimately it's supply and demand. Like any other drugs including alcohol. Addicts want it so it will always be available regardless of what the police does.

The best tactic in the war on drugs so far is how Tobacco has been handled and it's one of the most addictive drugs out there. Drugs can be controlled but never by prohibition, all that ever does is provide the dealers with a business avenue which in turn is throwing tax payers money at nothing.

Self inflicted stuff is what I'm getting at. Those with no control (type 1 diabetics for instance) over their condition should be prioritised over people like my uncle who is fat and suffers heart orobiems due to self inflicted stuff (eats loads of "crap" and smokes 60 a day)

He's type 2 diabetic due to his weight as well and my opinion is that those who haven't caused the issues themselves should always be a priority. Those who have inflicted it upon themselves should get treatment after the others

Fair enough, I thought you were making a point about the cost. But I remains true and perverse, that for people your uncle to get the service he needs then the NHS must do things in such as way to reduce costs and if that means giving people with self inflicted life style condition one off operations to save money to allow more access for your uncle and others like him, we have to do the operations sooner . If not then we end up paying for the opp plus the on going treatment. It stick in my gut but the NHS have to do this otherwise there would be less for people like your uncle.

    Who decides who qualifies?

    Who gets to play God?

RAWs right. There's nothing straightforward about any of this?

Does some heavily overweight woman, who's full of self loathing because she was abused as a child not qualify? Who decides if she merits free NHS care?

It's irrelevant, they get it. So that doesn't discourage the ****ing fat lazy bastards from ballooning to the size of a small house, there is no deterrent for these slobs.

If there was then the mentally unstable ones would be far easier to identify and would be treated ideally.

If you get fat and you don't have Medical records showing you've tried to avoid getting fat, and that you're mentally unstable, tough ****, get your running shoes on.

I can't stand opinions that promote interference with natural selection. Everybody cannot be equal in this world no matter how hard people try, as a race we have evolved this far only for jobsworths to try and artificially interfere with it. ****ing ridiculous if you ask me.

Maybe if Mental health was funded adequately the 'self inflected'cases(most cases it isn't self inflicted it's poor mental health developing into physical ailments) like eating disorders and drug dependency would be massively reduced and save the country billions in the long run long before they develop into physical ailments which go on to drain NHS funds but more worryingly lead to excessive waiting times for everybody.
