Shearer can't believe Swansea could sell to a rival.......hmm, does Shearer really know what goes on at Swansea? Does he know what goes on in the Swans changing room? Does he attend all Swans fixtures? No he doesn't, so he's not really in a position to give a knowledgeable answer to why we would sell a player.

Re Shelvey I think we have done very well out of the deal. The lad obviously had potential but is so inconsistent and petulant. It will be interesting to see how he plays at Newcastle. He wil have to put more of a shift in and become more consistent else he will have 40,000 Geordies on his back not a few thousand Jacks.

That's a hugely disappointing attitude for a Swansea City supporter.
