He was already on a yellow. He grabbed a Newcastle player and pulled him off the ball as they countered in injury time.

 

I read it as he had to walk to the game

 

An already booked Smalling (from the penalty incident) climbs all over a counter attacking midfielder and 'takes one for the team'

Except he didn't...................ref bottled it

 

He should have gone for that but I think the ref tried to make up for giving the booking and penalty on a 50/50 tussle.

That's a given, but the harder part is even getting the corner on target again.

 

It was a pen, refs need to give them more often but, which player had his arm around the others head and which ended up with a torn shirt.
50/50, it happens all the time and needs to be stopped, I just think that is why the second yellow never came.

 

What's your excuse for Fellaini finishing the game?
