Anyway your question is open to contradiction and a simple yes/no may well not fit the bill. For instance, I'm sure that 100% would say 'yes' to the part about the Mods doing a great job, but I know for a fact that you would not get 100% agreeing that it is essential that nothing changes. Talk about all or nothing! Being very intelligent yourself, I'm sure the question was very carefully crafted.

The clue being the words " on balance".

At least one of us here never lost sight of the potential damage we were doing to our own excelent mods by making those outlandish claims of kangaroo courts and the like. What's worse was to then stand behind them in clarification, that was IMO very unwise.

But obviously you are WINNING the argument. <doh>
Anyway it's time for me to back out of this until we see what the supermods decide to do with your IMO ill judged threat to our board and potential undermining of our mods.

I am not clever no Mensa certificate to be very proud of for absolutely no reason here. I misspell things, can't punctuate, don't use quotes perfectly and my how you love to leap on it to show how much cleverer than me you are....

I'm glad you're backing out. Perhaps the Mods will be able to get a word in now that their unofficial mouthpiece has finally shut up.

Now to get serious for a minute.......

I don't know if the results of who voted which way is viewable, and that's not what I am asking.
I can't see who votes which way even when polls say votes are viewable publically but to have 40+ votes in a poll assuming they are all genuine posters/ lurkers is great work.... I would have guessed we had 20 regulars tops and that includes the pesky wallies.......
