I commented because someone asked about his stats and I looked them up! So I'm hilarious and deluded and shouldn't comment. I guess you're an expert on Russian team players so I certainly won't ever dare to express an opinion that may be different to yours again. (p.s I don't think you're that hilarious)

For the record, if you go back to where TinTin first replied to ISIRTP's comment about ignoring Cedirc's stats, you'll see that TinTin didn't use any stats he just used an attribute... Marking and tracking. He edited the stats in 7 minutes later.

After having read the Crystal Palace thread and this one (which I unfortunately commented on) - if Ronald ever gets the chop - Tintin for manager! (this is just a light-hearted quip - other applicants can apply)

Cedric has created 18 chances in 14 appearances. Johnson has created 15 in 19. Not Cedric's fault we can't finish.

Am I ignoring the fact that Cedric lacks defensive fundamentals? No. My point wasn't to advocate for Cedric, just to watch you squirm and dodge and move goalposts.

So stats are important...only not for right backs...except that Johnson has better passing and dribbling stats. Is dribbling really a vital skill for right backs compared to tackling, interceptions, duels won and chances created? And you had no idea what Johnson's dribble stat was because well really... who knows what anyone's dribble stat is?

If you go by the stats on paper, Cedric clearly ranks higher. And you can see it in squawka's game scores and who scored's ratings.

Yo can't choose to use stats only when it suits you, and then attempt to cherry pick only those stats that fit your thesis.

Which would make you wonder if he hasn't been encouraged by signs seen since he has been back.

He is a league starter in their forward line, though, and was given an entire 45 minutes. Is like bringing on Mane as a sub at halftime - chances are he might score.

Though agree that games don't turn like this for us. As fans, we've been aware of this characteristic of Saints sides for a while now. When we're losing, we generally stay losing. Only thing that's changed of late is that when we're drawing or winning, we tend to concede, to go on to draw or lose.

    JUVE REJECT STURARO BIDS
    Juventus
have rejected two bids from two Premier League clubs for midfielder Stefano Sturaro, according to Sport Mediaset.
Southampton are reported to have offered €17m while West Ham are believed to have submitted a bid worth €15m, both of which were rejected by the Bianconeri.
The Daily Mirror claim Crystal Palace had two bids for Sturaro turned down earlier in January, with the defending Serie A champions not interested in selling or loaning the 22-year-old.
Italy U21 international Sturaro has made 16 appearances for Juve this season, scoring once.

All I heard is he will not get first team here and that two championship teams are interested as well as Swindon with that one being his pefered option.

    NEWCASTLE PLOT DOUBLE DEAL
    Newcastle
head coach Steve McClaren is hoping for a much-needed double transfer breakthrough as he attempts to drag the club out of yet another worrying tailspin.
Press Association Sport understands Bordeaux midfielder Henri Saivet was on Tyneside on Monday to discuss a potential move, while the Magpies are also understood to have formalised their long-held interest in Swansea City midfeilder Jonjo Shelvey.
