That was a game against a Barca side who were dominating in Europe and domestically, they went on to win the CL that year beating Real Madrid and Man Utd by larger aggregate score lines. Up until 20 minutes to full time and Van Persie getting a ridiculous red card, in that second leg of our tie, Arsenal would have qualified ahead of Barca, we came the closest to an upset on there route to winning the competition. You have to remember that HIAG has admitted that he doesn't allow facts to sway him from his path of wum failure. He is hell bent on making a Tit of himself and has even admitted that he does that for his own pleasure.

It's like that old adage: Don't argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with their experience.

 

I remember that game, didn't actually watch it live but caught the highlights and Arsenal didn't have many.

I don't like to pick on the Saints. They're a decent side whom I've felt sorry for ever since we thrashed them 6-1 at the Emirates in our first meeting when they were promoted a few seasons back. No problem with them at all.

 

i dont normally have a problem with Saints fans until this clown started this thread, so he gets what he deserves.
