Which is? Certainly seems to have taken over our board, in a bad way, very tiresome - unfair that a mod would have waste time moving all his crazy threads to a "Ted's Thread".
Sir Les has never been a director of football before and I'm sure he's full of good intentions but he doesn't know what he's doing. For such an important role in such an important season it hasn't worked and was a gamble that didn't pay off. We should have pushed for promotion this season with the squad we have. There's an enormous amount of money if promoted this season and we should have at least been in the mix.
People talk about the money available next season but that money will still be available for the duration of the TV contracts. I'd rather we took our time and got it right this time. Since our championship winning season we've been a joke, let's get the infrastructure right and I'm sure on pitch performances will improve. No more attempts at a quick fix please
