    Had a catch up on the cricket this evening, England doing well.
    The Tour de France officially ends tomorrow but final results are from today, made these last 3 weeks pass a little more quickly. The clock is ticking now until the new season starts, so apart from tonights game it's cricket and the German Grand Prix to distract us.

    Apparently some Aussie who was told he'd never walk again @ 8 is going to win, wanted a Brit or Team Sky member to win. Cricket will probably be a draw with India clinging on.

    Not the strongest but certainly some good players there Carroll (35 million), Downing (20 million) and Henderson (20 million) are surely all going to be a key part of Dalglish's plans.

    Thinks that what you got to do at that level, it just means you need to make a lot of changes if you get promoted look at Blackpool, and that still wasn't enough.

    Cadel Evans, I'm not too sure about him as a person, he's so uncomfortable in front of camera he comes across as aggressive but he's an amazing athlete.

    What was the result though? Glad you won if so! Couple of fricking scouse fans from my old school on facebook were banging on about getting tickets to go "show hull how to play football"

    Now, I'm not the worlds biggest Hull fan, but I fricking hate Liverpool so it's all good man.

    Only pre season, obviously, but y'know..



    Excited about tonight still though <diva> Off to the pub in half an hour or so, but should be back in time! Maybe a bit pissed up, but that should make it funner, no?

    Good result for Hull then. As others have said, Carroll Henderson Downing all played and didn't impress? Pre season I know, but that's gotta be nice to hear ;)

    I can watch the Grand Prix but to be honest I've not been a fan since Ayrton Senna was killed. Sundays in this house is revving engines from the grand prix and if I'm really unlucky the Super bikes are on as well.
    I don't mind the cricket these days, it's much more dynamic now, I been watching 20/20 most evenings. My husband played cricket at one time, but doesn't really watch it now. By the way I was watching the cricket when I mistakenly neg rep'd Sir Bob, tried unsuccessfully all week to correct it.:emoticon-0108-speec
