It's always been a ****ty service and if I had any other option I would take it. I've written to them numerous times over the years to bitch.
Totally agree. They only went HD last year, picture quality was appalling for a paid subscription service up until then. Can't believe you can get away with giving such poor service and take money off people. Do you have the Player HD app Castro because that's the only thing working for me right now?

Nothing's changed on my desktop since I used it to listen last week. It's not user error or software/hardware based, I'm pretty good with this sort of stuff, being an audio visual technician and everything
I see a national campaign against Player HD...a I presume they hold the national rights. Who grants those video rights? FA? Meanwhile, scrappy stuff, Pompey still playing better...think they will score.
Yeah I use the app on iPad and iPhone. Finally working now! At least it is HD now, I agree the pic quality before was laughable!

I know, right? I got up at 06:45 to be pissed off within minutes of waking up and writing to a ****ty company about a ****ty service. Just sent this their way.... For the FA cup game between Ipswich and Portsmouth on Jan 9th I could not access commentary on my desktop. I click on the play button and the whole ribbon disappears. I tried using Explorer and Chrome but with no luck. Audio did start on my phone app about ten minutes after kick off. Your paid subscription service has always been poor quality and I have written to you about technical issues numerous times over the years I have been using it. How hard can it be to get things right once a week? As you can guess I am not happy with having issues yet again. I live in California and rely on your poor quality product to keep up with my team. Over to you for a generic reply..........
Oh yeah, I've hardly noticed there's a match going on during all this Bring on the big guns second half, I can't imagine there are too many people enjoying their day out.
