i'm in agreement with you on that score marra, well more the fans than owt else, you could understand safc fans laughing when you's went down, but why were they so happy? the way they went on you'd be forgiven for thinking they just had relegated birmingham

They did the same to Birmingham aswell, which is obviously understandable. Cant really think what warrants them doing it to us though. Just a bunch of slimey horrible pricks really. Hope McCleish takes em down!

Fully agree. Other than the fact that we played them on the final day, our relegation had nothing to do with them and they needn't get involved.

On the subject of Sunderland, you're looking like you could have a half decent team next year.

You're in the same position as us in that you have three quality keepers. John O'Shea doesn't stand out but he is consistent and I'd have him in our team. When he's not being a dirty bugger, Cattermole is a good player. Sessegnon looks like he could be a really good player. Wickham has bags of potential, and Gyan and N'Zogbia (if he signs) are both top quality.

Not sure whether I would take them over Bent, Mensah, Onuoha and Henderson though.

Mensah was shocking last year and Henderson is one of the most overrated players in the league.

Mensah had a bad year but is a class player and when Henderson is on his game, I think he's decent.

Mensah's injured a lot and is ageing a bit, Henderson isn't on his game much, how he played for England I'll never know.

bloody hell did you have a season ticket for sunderland last year lol? i couldn't have said it better myself, not sour grapes regarding henderson as he is a good player but if liverpool had offered us anywhere near 7/8 m i'd have snapped their hands off

Watch a lot of football, heard comments off Sunderland fans saying exactly the same. Never rated Henderson and remember watching your game at home to Liverpool and Mensah was shocking.

Surprised PSG haven't had a look at him, N'Zogbia for £10m or Taarabt for £8.7m - I know which I'd pick.
