well if qpr can take 40 thousand to wembley i promise you millwall can i think im right in saying that millwall did take 39 thousand to a play off final that was a re cord at one time am i right there steve didnt millwall have the record for play offs
Morning Ted. Yep correct Ted and we still do, 44,000 for Scunthorpe, 33,000 for Swindon and over 50,000 for the JPT against Wigan when it was still the LDV. We have the record for both the old & new Wembley's.
blimey fanatical fans thats for sure i wonder what of the origional still have scottish connections because origionally i think millwall did play with scottish flag on there chest,am i right there steve
No Ted but we played in the sweaty's traditional navy blue until 1936. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Millwall_F.C.#Kit
but for me the two most fanatical fans in brittain are glasgow rangers and glasgow celtic i also think that the scottish national team has much greater fans than the english,so could the scorttish connection be the reason why millwall are the most fanatical fans in london ,i mean just look at millwall away at luton, never in the history of english football has a mob like that been formulated,I know either west ham or tottenham could never put a firm like that together
I imagine that's got something to do with it in the early days but of course that generation are dead now, our working class roots and background will be another part of the reason Ted.
the bloodied battalions of millwall rule london mostly through numerical superiority but also have the most well organised they can strike with military precision the leeds wont stand against a full division of 1500 men and millwall have three divisions each with 1500 you could see clearly in the leeds united united v millwall at elland road the service crew made no real intent of fighting through the police to get at the wall and in 55 seasons at loftus road only one mob has ever run the police that being millwall,so there it is my fine yorkshire friend you may dream on but ive seen millwall in full flight and quite frankly there is nothing in london that can stand in front of there full mob
ffs deludedted you're a funny one, there was no millwall at Leeds to get to you fool.now at millwall there was 2,000 Leeds but millwalls mob of 200 in the home end and 50 in the side stand made no effort to get near them.yes I've been in both sections so can correct your numbers. After the game on one occasion I went to a millwall pub called All Bar One at London bridge, who was in it,yes the service crew and what did millwall do about it ? They went and found another pub.;-)
well lets be honest heae me old cockney sparraw if there were 2000 srvice crew at london bridge you would be crazy to kick off a row with only two hundred, but fair play to you leeds fans in your day the service crew did do itself proud, but in a moment of seriousness hooliganism is fast dying off,its just not worth it anymore and lets be honest we are all better of without it,its just ridiculous that i can walk around the new den and not get done just because im not wearing designer stuff, this could be my last ever post on the not606 newwork i expect to get banned within a few days, if it is goodbye the wall and be lucky, and goodbye lovely yorkshire men,my words to both of you is have a few beers together and embrace a new world where we can learn to respect each other,i cant turn back the time and feel sorry for the people ive hurt at football matches, but i can try to get you guys to build a new future where 200 leeds can come down to london and be welcomed by the londoners and visa versa LETS DEDICATE OUR NEW PEACE TREATY TO DAVE BOWIE BORN IN BRIXTON BUT FROM ANOTHER PLANET
Millwall pub or was that wine bar LOL i guess you're taking the piss hahaha all bar one, a traditional Wall pub probably explaining why no wall were likely to be found in there! Service crew playing it safe by going up market?
It was,is when we play at millwall m8,not 6,000 crowds when we play in London.Always drink with mighty in there,50-100 millwall in there.Different maybe when you little league teams are in town.lol
ok fair enough cheese. just seemed funny when you said ABO, nothing wrong in the place but not somewhere i would have thought of frequenting on a match day. Bit like an away game i went to elsewhere and we were pushed into somewhere like Frankie and Bennys, can;t remember my precise words hahaha but I went into the traditional home team pub, despite being told i woudn't get in LOL - My mistake, clearly Wall lads have gone up market qprted, when was the last time you went to a football match, was it in the 70's?....you don't seem old enough lad
