    why did this get a bit... vigorous? it was a pre-season friendly that showed liverpool still have some creases to iron out, and hull should be up there with the rest of the play-off contenders.

    It was a pre-season game and is it for players to gain match fitness. It's not as important as a league or cup game but Hull did deserve the win.

    Yeah, its to be expected though, I mean its not everyday Hull beat Liverpool 3-0, is it? Even if it was only a pre-season friendly. I'm not over the moon that we lost 3-0 to Hull, but I'd rather we got our lacklustre games out of the way in pre-season rather than at the start of the league season itself.

    Yeah I have a soft spot for Liverpool and their fans generally they have a good appreciation of football unlike some (Arsenal etc.)

    Some more than others Arsenal fans are a bunch of ****s and I think you'll find a few Hull fans sharing that view, like I say Liverpool proper fans, team and traditions good luck next season
