Been talking about wine on another thread and it reminded me of a film..... Jack: ****ing chick's married, man. Miles Raymond: What? Jack: Her husband works a night shift or something, and he comes home and catches me on the floor with my cock in his wife's ass. Miles Raymond: Oh, Jesus Christ. Miles Raymond: She tell you she was married? Jack: Yeah. Miles Raymond: So what the **** were you thinking? Jack: Wasn't supposed to be back 'til six. ****er rolls in at five. Name the film?
Agreed. Paul Giamatti is such an underrated actor too. He deserves far more recognition than he gets, probably because he doesn't look like Brad Pitt. If I am honest, he is an ugly sod, but he is one hell of an actor
Yeah..not picked up yet in UK as it only started this week in the US. I'm assuming thats why they are putting it on youtube to attract outside US...get the interest and tempt a sky or netflix type thing. It'll need it quick as they've fired a shed load of money into production. Its all filmed in NZ etc. They are showing next 2 episodes on yank version of MTV site but I think they have been clever in making you sign in with your local tv network....stops feckers like me using Hola lol
@Red Hadron Collider Since you've declared your love for tits in the cheese thread and you were asking about something new to watch, you should try Banshee. Good fun story with plenty of action involving birds in it too #seriouspost
That Shannanananananananabanana Chronicles thing was really good Obviously influenced by LotR sort of stuff but different enough
Yeah...Terry Brooks wrote Sword of Shannara which was a total rip off of LOTR. Then Elfstones which this season is based on and then about 15 more in the series...sometimes jumping 20 years forward sometimes 300 years. He then wrote a series based in our time but basically the origins of the shannara books...another series linked the time between. They all got darker and grittier as they went along. I assume if successful, subsequent seasons will be based on the next books in the original series although I've spotted where they have already taken bits from them. I enjoyed the first two episodes...obviously some stuff has been updated since the book was written in 1982.
Watched The Rise Of The Krays and The Fall Of The Krays tonight. Very good for British made films. 8/10
I have made a pact with myself never to watch anything that has the word "Chronicles" in the title. Because its a stupid ****ing word that is overused because producers think it sounds cool. Interview with a Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles, gets a pass because it was the first one to use it, and "Chronicles" was in its sub title, not its main title. Young Indiana Jones Chronciles Sarah Connor Chronicles Chronicles of Riddick Chronicles of suck my dick
