Depends how you measure achievement. She could sing. She had good management. She had good songwriters, She sold records. I'm not sure why that necessitates some false outpouring of grief just because she was too weak or stupid to put down the crack-pipe.
I don't see any outpouring of grief on here. Just a realisation that something like this can happen to anyone and it's never nice to see anyone waste their life.

Its rather annoying that the shooting in Norway will be overshadowed by this waster getting herself killed even though she was given thousands of chances to redeem herself, the kids on those island who were shot dead didn't even get a second chance. Shame.
