I'd like to see it, but .............. Jeremy Peace comes across as a really hard-nosed bastard - I can't see him sanctioning an £8mill transfer and then loaning that player back to the club he came from six months later.

At first I thought it was daft that Tickles bumped this thread, but it was quite funny to be reminded of that story!

 

JP was hoping to offload Berahino for mega bucks in the summer.

Now the Baggies have to sell / offload before TP can sign anymore. So it makes sense.

Expect it to be a loan deal with a buy clause in the summer. Less depreciation of course.

Wba can also supply a can of WD40 as Chester will need to remove the rust and stiffness.

 

If we get Chester back then I'm rejoining the Bruce fan club of deluded cuckoos
