    Kiwis are nice but they're really acidic. Try eating two in a row and they take the skin off your lips.

    Cabbage is lovely. I think we're guilty of overcooking things in this country.

    Cooking them barely at all, or not at all in many cases; but still, many are quite bitter or even unpleasant.

    I was talking about for a soup. A juicy pork chop is my favourite meat at the minute but it changes all the time. Pork chops and Gnocchi is supurb.
