Sky Bet Championship sides Derby County and Queens Park Rangers are believed to be the two leading contenders to sign Aston Villa outcast Jack Grealish, according to HITC Sport (via Oddschecker)

Grealish, 20, is set for a bright future in professional football, although questions regarding his commitment to the game and attitude means that the highly-rated starlet has only featured a handful of times this season and has already found himself in the bad books with new boss Remi Garde, following a disciplinary which meant Grealish was made to train with Aston Villa’s Under 21 side caused by infuriating Garde after a boozy night out.
The youngster could benefit from a loan move to the second tier of English football, as it will help him develop and mature as a footballer.
The Rams currently sit in second spot in the Championship table and look well set to replace Villa in the top-flight next season, despite suffering a recent 2-0 defeat at league leaders Middlesbrough on Saturday, whilst Rangers sit in 16th after a six game winless run under new boss Hasselbaink.
Grealish would undoubtedly be a desirable acquisition for most Championship sides even with the questions regarding his lifestyle.
Although Remi Garde’s Villa certainly wouldn’t sell him for cheap and financial fair play guidelines would likely restrict a permanent move, therefore a loan would be more likely.

    Another Stephen Caulker.

I'd rather we took another look at Ravel Morrison.

Obviously talented, but seems to have recurring personal issues.

Controversy: Is this Jack Grealish lying on the floor?

Jack Grealish could find himself at the centre of more controversy after he was allegedly pictured lying on the floor "paralytic" while on holiday in Tenerife.

The Aston Villa starlet incurred the wrath of manager Tim Sherwood earlier this yearafter being snapped allegedly inhaling hippy crack.

And the 19-year-old could be in hot water again after the pictures of him on holiday at the Spanish resort emerged.

An onlooker claimed Grealish was "paralytic" after she alleged she came across the youngster lying in the road.

I don't think he's a bad egg at all to be honest but probably a bit thick. Not what we need though.

My point is, he has played all his under age football for Ireland and now he has decided to change countries and play for England. If he is that committed to a country, he's hardly likely to be committed to any club, is he?

I knew exactly what you meant and I couldn't agree more. I find it very wierd behaviour to change alliegence like that. Why did he find it ok to play under age football for Ireland but when the oppurtunity arised that he could be picked for England he jumped ship? For me that tells you something about ones personality and character. No thank you from me.
