The South Africans look absolutely dead, its time to kill the series off. Bat for another session, declare at tea and get a few early wickets. The amount of pressure that is going to be on their batting line up is going to be immense. This is why you pick someone like Ben Stokes, in two hours he can take the game away from the opposition, and take a defeat pretty much out of the equation.
Yeah, I'd conveniently forgotten Sobers. Kallis is one of the top two, then. If Stokes takes 16 wickets to scuttle S Africa out, however... ;-)
Andy Clark, who follows the England team everywhere and writes an England fanzine, is a City fan. @clarkyfanzine if anyone fancies following him on Twitter.
Fantastic mornings cricket. England should consider declaring now - those 2 gingers will be crisps if they stay out in the sun any longer.
It looked like John from Airmyn - only time he misses a City game is when he does the occasional test match, the regular away travellers will definitely know him by sight.
The ball thrower was Dave Waters apparently (there's a video on Tigerlink's Twitter feed if anyone wants to see it).
The message is a simple one. Don't mess with the Ginger's. Power hitting at it's BEST. 2 great northern lads.
