The title is totally out of reach mate. To even think you've got a chance is pure delusion. And people accuse us of being deluded. But it's nice to dream isn't it? (Hint: you do not only need to make up 16 points on City, you also need to make up 19 points on Arsenal, etc etc. Which in real terms mean you have to win 7 more matches than Arsenal, 6 more matches than City, 5 more matches than spurs etc. Out of 18 matches left.)
Agreed - need a run to return to stability which will greatly boost the teams confidence; as for the title we will need the top six to simultaneously combust if we're to get even a sniff.
True. I find it amazing how one win can go to the heads of many fans, who then ignore reality and go dreaming.
Nothing has gone to my head mate. However, a lot of people on here were praying for a Palace win but Chelsea played well and spanked them. Doesn't mean we're back but a very good result. Hence, people like yourself are on here telling us we're deluded when I've only heard one poster say the title is on. You lot on the other hand think that Klopp is some sort of Messiah. The reality is that you have one player of any note and Klopp is suddenly finding out how big the job really is.
Agree with this. As good as Palace was in the middle, their lack of cutting edge meant you were never under any pressure unless you mucked it up yourself. I can see you having a go at top 4 as Hiddink said yesterday but as youive said the title is gone (one poster said it and I was really communicating with him!). Just like the title would need City and Arsenal to combust at the same time, top 4 will mean Spurs, leicester, Man United and Liverpool also having bad runs too.
If we can get back to something near our best,that being the first half of last season then we could past PSG and who knows after that.......
